Housing Market | Is the Market REALLY Crashing? Is it really crashing like what everyone is saying? In this video, we're going to dig into the latest housing market data to find out if the housing market is indeed "crashing" or at least cooling off. We're going to unpack numbers from the current housing market inventory, active listing, pending home sales, national average pricing, and the future outlook for the real estate housing market.
